I knew right when I saw the stamps that these would be perfect to document a trip to Universal Studios, especially to the Harry Potter section. My daughter is obsessed with all things Harry Potter these days and getting to see it again with a friend was even better.
I used the new small Sullivan Street alpha stamp set for my title card and paired it with a few of the stamps from the main kit. I love how the layers of stars turned out.
I always love to stamp with white ink on dark photos and my go to ink is Brilliance Moonlight White. It pops of the page so well when stamped on dark colors. I plotted out my text really small on the center journlaing card and then stamped the text box after it was printed.
I loved the bold titles that are included in this stamp set this month and had to use this one on top of my photo of the castle. It truly is a magical place. The lightning bolt was cut out of glitter paper and layered on top of some black to create the shadow. The star journaling card is one from the kit and I loved the hand drawn stars.
My next project was a spread in my Travelers Notebook. I was lucky enough to have a chance to spend a few hours with a fellow creative team member Krista Wells recently and the Let's Get Crafty stamp set was perfect to help document the day.
Hands down my favorite stamp in this set is ask me about my stamp collection! All the LOL's and Heart Eyes for that one!
I needed a little something extra at the bottom on this side of the page and since our food was quite epic I added in the emoji strip from the The Crazy Ones stamp set. I love that stamp!
Make sure you also check out the Winter Memories Travelers Notebook kit. I immediately fell in love with the bright bold colors and papers in this kit. Ann-marie Espinoza designed this kit and its beautiful.
Kelly has also added digital files of the papers, cards and stamps for her December Kits so if you love working with digital files, make sure you grab those to pair with your kit or to just use on their own.
