December Daily® 2019 │ Days 04 thru 09

Hello there, I'm back today with another round of pages from my album. I've been making pages here and there in my album and not really worrying about doing it daily this year which has been great. I have everything written down and photos taken and I know it will get done as inspiration and time allows.

Here are the next batch of days that I have finished up.

Day 04 was all about her adventure Jingling some friends. It was a lot of fun!

Day 05 was a quick page about a cute hot cocoa snowman we found at Trader Joe's

Day 06 was a fun night out to a Christmas Concert, it was super fun and probably our only Santa picture we will take this year. To create this page I sewed a transparency into a pocket and then made a little booklet to hold the words and photos from the night. I attached the tickets and a gift tag to the outside cover of the booklet so they would dangle outside of the pocket.

Day 07 was a busy Saturday and I had a lot to include but decided to limit it to just two photos and the written text about the day. I printed and cut the photos in a tag shape and created the journaling tag myself using the printable of the Kelly Purkey shop December Details kit paper.

Day 08 was a fun day out celebrating my daughters birthday with her best friend. The gold number 8 is attached to the journaling card so that it pulls out from behind the photos. I cut a piece of paper large enough to cover the backside of the journaling card and the gold number. I fussy cut around the number so that it didn't show and attached it to the backside of both for stability.

Day 09 a new sweatshirt and what I did on a Monday. I didn't want to do traditional journaling so I just hit the high points and laid it out similar to a subway art sign. I printed it on vellum and added rose gold foil with my Minc.

December Daily® 2019 │ Days 01 thru 03

Hello, hello, hello!! Getting a slower start than normal on my December Daily® but its all good. I blame the two days between Thanksgiving and December, what kind of hell was that!! OMG its the worst. We spent the two days getting our tree and decorating it and the house. Once that was done I was able to take breathe and think about this project. I'm working outside of the page protectors again this year which means layouts need a bit more time and energy to think about but I'm okay with it because its part of the fun for me.

Day 01 is always about Advent Calendars and our Elf arrives.

Day 02 is our tree shopping day and I loved the little photo backdrop they created at the nursery

Day 03 was the day we put up our outdoor lights, we messed around and took photos while my husband did all the hard stuff.
